Dates: January 19th -21st, 2009. Monday January 19th will be a travel day, with the President’s Welcome Reception offered that evening for NEAPMS participants. The technical sessions will begin on Tuesday, January 20th and conclude around 4 pm on January 21st.
Resort Reservations: A room rate of $99 + 13% tax (sgl or dbl occupancy) per night is available from January 18th-21st, 2009 at the Gideon Putnam Resort in Saratoga Springs, NY. After December 15, 2008, we cannot guarantee room rate or availability, so please do book by the deadline. Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Gideon Putnam Resort at 518-584-3000

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP - $40.00
If you are government personnel in need of funding assistance we ask that you pay the annual membership fee if you are selected for a registration waiver and hotel reimbursement.

SUSTAINING MEMBERSHIP - $500.00
Includes conference registration fee, annual membership, one exhibit space, a link on the NEAPMS website, and a Bronze sponsorship credit.
Applicator Symposium ( Monday 10am -3 pm ) - No Charge
Algae Workshop ( Monday 3:30-6pm ) - No Charge
Note: Walk-ins welcome. A late fee of $25 applies if registering at the meeting.

Sponsorship: The Society is seeking corporations, individuals, government agencies and other organizations to help support the costs of holding the Conference and program events.
