Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society
NEAPMS is an organization of professionals of various 
disciplines assembled to serve all purposes related to aquatic plant management. We meet annually in January to further the understanding of aquatic vegetation management, to share research on the subject, and to outline plans for the coming year.
We track policy, both public and private, as well as legislation, relating to aquatic plant management, and participate in local, regional and national advocacy issues related to the topic.
Our Mission
The purpose of the Society shall be:- to assist in the management of aquatic vegetation,
- to provide for the scientific and educational advancement of members,
- to encourage scientific research in all facets of aquatic plant management,
- to promote an exchange of information among members and
- to extend and develop understanding in the discipline.
