Resort Reservations:

A room rate of $99 + 13% tax (sgl or dbl occupancy) per night is available from January 18th-20th, 2009 at the Gideon Putnam Resort in Saratoga Springs, NY. After December 15, 2009, we cannot guarantee room rate or availability, so please do book by the deadline. Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Gideon Putnam Resort at 866-890-1171.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP - $40.00
If you are government personnel in need of funding assistance we ask that you pay the annual membership fee if you are selected for a registration waiver and hotel reimbursement. INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION - $135.00

The Society is seeking corporations, individuals, government agencies and other organizations to help support the costs of holding the Conference and program events. Time is allocated during the conference for sponsors to provide industry updates or related informational presentations.

Accreditation:

At present, the Society is checking with each State to see if the Conference will qualify for continuing education credits. Past conferences have qualified with most Northeast states.
